The Cameroon GCE Registration 2020 has been extended
An extraordinary council session of the body met last Thursday to address the ghost school syndrome that might affect exams this year. Potential candidates for the 2020 GCE exams organized by the Cameroon General Certificate of Education (GCE Board) have been given another chance up to the 31st January 2019, at 2 pm to formalize their registration.
When was GCE Registration 2020 extended?
This was resolved at the extra-ordinary Council session of the GCE Board held in Buea, 10 January 2019, under the chairmanship of Professor Ivo Leke Tambo, GCE Board Chairman.
The extra-ordinary Council session, held in the conference hall of the Board’s Office, was necessitated by the current ghost school crisis which has impacted heavily on the academic year with thousands of students staying away from school in Anglophone Cameroon since 21 November 2016, when the teachers’ strike was declared in Bamenda.

The Cameroon GCE registration 2020 closing date has been extended thereby making it the latest date for the student to submit their files and payment registration period for the June 2020 session.
